Welcome to Steady Cavapoo Cuties. By using our website and completing an adoption application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with any purchase or adoption.

 

1. Adoption Agreement

Every adoption of a puppy from Steady Cavapoo Cuties is governed by a signed contract that outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties. The adoption agreement becomes effective once:

  • You submit a completed adoption application and pay the non-refundable application fee

  • We approve your application and you pay the required deposit

  • Both parties sign the formal adoption contract

 

2. Payment and Pricing

Puppy prices are listed in US dollars and subject to change without notice. To reserve a puppy, you must:

  • Pay a non-refundable application fee to initiate the process

  • Submit a 25% deposit of the listed price to hold the puppy of your choice

  • Pay the remaining balance before or at the time of pickup/delivery

Final payment must clear before we release the puppy. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks.

 

3. Health Guarantee and Veterinary Care

We stand behind our puppies with a lifelong health guarantee against hereditary conditions. To maintain coverage, you must:

  • Present proof of annual wellness exams and vaccinations

  • Notify us within 48 hours of any hereditary diagnosis

  • Provide complete veterinary records when filing a claim

Failure to follow routine care or share medical documentation may void the guarantee.

 

4. Ownership Responsibilities

As a puppy owner, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, loving home environment with proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization

  • Follow recommended training, grooming, and veterinary care schedules

  • Not breed, sell, or abandon the puppy at any time

  • Keep the microchip registration current with your contact information

Abuse, neglect, or violation of these terms entitles us to reclaim the puppy.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

If you choose shipping:

  • You cover all transportation costs and arrange for a reputable pet carrier service

  • We prepare health certificates and coordinate paperwork required for travel

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the puppy is handed to the carrier

Local pickup requires scheduling within 14 days of the puppy reaching the agreed age.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Steady Cavapoo Cuties is not responsible for:

  • Unforeseen health issues beyond hereditary conditions covered by our guarantee

  • Injuries or losses resulting from negligence, accidents, or misuse after adoption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to puppy ownership

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, and written materials are the property of Steady Cavapoo Cuties. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Steady Cavapoo Cuties operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts.

 

9. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
